Brochures

Benefits of Our Service:

A good brochure does the selling when you’re not in the room. Glenwood Print prints and folds custom brochures in west Edmonton, in tri-fold, bi-fold, Z-fold and gate fold, on gloss or matte paper. Folding is done in-house, so your brochures come back ready to hand out.

Send us your design, or let our in-house designers lay it out for you. You’ll approve a proof before anything prints.

Who Orders Brochures

  • Clinics and health practices. Service menus and patient information.
  • Contractors and trades. Service overviews to leave behind after a quote.
  • Real estate and property managers. Listing features and community guides.
  • Non-profits and community groups. Programs, events and donor information.
  • Tourism and hospitality. Rack brochures for hotels, visitor centres and attractions. See also rack cards.

Folds and Paper

Folds

  • Tri-fold. The classic. Six panels from one 8.5″ × 11″ sheet, fitting a standard rack or #10 envelope.
  • Bi-fold. One fold, four large panels. Great for menus, price lists and product features.
  • Z-fold. Opens like an accordion, so it’s ideal for step-by-step content or a map.
  • Gate fold. Two flaps open to reveal a large centre spread. Built for a strong reveal or a big photo.

Paper

Gloss makes photos pop. Matte reads cleanly with no glare and suits text-heavy brochures. We’ll recommend a weight that folds crisply and feels substantial without blowing your budget.

Folded in-house

We fold every brochure here in the shop, so they arrive flat, crisp and ready to hand out. No stack of flat sheets to fold yourself.

Brochure Design Tips

  • Plan the panels in reading order. On a tri-fold, the front cover and the inside flap are what people see first.
  • Lead with benefits, not your history. What the reader gets comes first, and who you are comes later.
  • Put your contact details on the back panel. Phone, website, address and a QR code.
  • Keep text out of the folds. Leave a margin around each fold line so nothing gets lost in the crease.

No Layout? We’ll Design It

Brochures are harder to lay out than flyers because of the folds. Our in-house designers build them panel by panel, so everything lands where it should. You approve a proof before we print.
